About the Role: We are looking for a UX-first Product Designer who can design complex B2B, AI-driven

workflows, and is:

• Strong in product thinking

• Excellent in systems design

• Comfortable with AI/ML-driven experiences

• Able to take full end-to-end ownership from research → UX → UI → iteration

The role involves close collaboration with the Head of Product, Engineering, QA, and business

stakeholders.

What You Will Own

User Research & Discovery

• Conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, and persona development

• Map user journeys, pain points, workflows, and behavioral patterns

• Translate ambiguous problems into well-structured UX insights.

Product Thinking & Problem Solving:

• Define problems and evaluate constraints, assumptions, and user goals

• Break down complex B2B workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences

• Work with data and test results to validate design decisions.

Design Execution:

• Create task flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes

• Deliver high-fidelity UI designs using Figma (preferred)

• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across modules.

AI + Workflow Design:

• Design for AI-assisted actions such as predictions, confidence scores, automation triggers, and

system suggestions

• Understand how AI impacts user behavior, decision-making, and error handling

• Create UX patterns for ML-driven systems.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Partner with product managers, engineers, QA analysts, and leadership

• Present concepts clearly and justify decisions.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal and external users

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 3–7 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer

• Experience designing B2B SaaS, AI-native (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of systems thinking, information hierarchy, and UX architecture

Skills

• End-to-end UX process: research → insights → flows → wireframes → UI

• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Miro, Sketch, or similar tools

• Hands-on experience with usability testing, prototyping, and iteration

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

• Portfolio that clearly demonstrates:

• Problem framing

• UX process

• Reasoning behind decisions

• Final UI outcomes
